Brian is a wonderful example of welcoming the customer to do business with this location. He is a pleasure to deal with and he was responsive to my phone calls, quickly responding to my call when the truck wouldn't start - we were able to obtain help onsite and did not need him to send help but he was there for us! He followed up to be sure all was well! I would recommend this U Haul location and give Brian 5-stars for his great customer service!

Robert RWe have rented U-Hauls from this location a few times and will continue to do so whenever we need one. They are very personable, courteous and professional. The equipment is always clean and well maintained. They also have all the packing supplies that are needed all in one place. Very convenient! We made the reservation with Grant, picked the truck up from Brian. Both are great guys and a large part of the reason that we always come back to this location.
