MARLI SSince the U-Haul site was down, I was told to just leave the keys and she would check the truck in and send me an email closing out the rental agreement when it was back up. A short time later, that very thing happened. I was hoping to maybe see a partial refund since I brought it back a day early, but I don’t believe it was the fault of the location operator.

Thomas CI rented a 4x8 trailer, it would have been nice if there was a hitch jack to hold the hitch up from the ground and a wheel chuck. Anyways it rode good and there were no problems with the trailer.

SANTIAGO RI had a reservation for this past Sunday, scheduled for 7 am pick up. I was delayed about an hour picking the truck up, which I don't think is unheard of when coordinate a big move. U-haul took it apon themselves to cancel my reservation. I spent another 2 hours on the phone with customer service trying to get another truck. The process was made way too complicated, as like I said, it took 2 hours to get another truck. This put me 3 hours behind schedule on a day that we were trying race against the weather forecast that called for heavy rain starting in the afternoon.
Jerry PWe needed to extend for a half day due to the storms and tornadoes for the drive down from Ohio to Florida, I was able to extend a day without extra charge... this was very kind and understanding as well as greatly appreciated!

RONNY BMy issue with UHaul is not related to this drop off location. Overall, I am unlikely to choose UHaul again. There were hidden fees and much too strict mileage limits which resulted in more money out of my pocket.

CHARLES BJesse Gonzalez literally saved the day! Without going into all of the details, I was tossed around from one location to another, all a minimum of an hour away after I had reserved only minutes away. The locations would have completely thrown my whole schedule off as I had movers and cleaners scheduled, had to bring the keys back for my rental, etc.. Moving is stressful enough and this, as well as being forced to take a 26' truck as the size I rented was no longer available, I was beyond upset. Then, Gunner from ClearHome Storage got in touch with Jesse who not only met me at the location after it was closed, he fixed a transport and got me on my way. This was all in the midst of the insane traffic for the Blue Angels Homecoming show. I cannot thank Jesse enough for going above and beyond and I hope he is aware how he was the key to allowing me to be able to move. If I hadn't been able to get this transport, the whole thing would have fallen apart and it would have been a nightmare. He is the kind of person who makes you believe there are still good people in this world.

CHARLES AI have rented quite a few trailers, both car haulers, and equipment/moving/enclosed over the past 18 months, because we were in the process of relocating from Alabama to Florida. My favorite Uhaul store, is the Blue Angel Mini Storage on Sorrento Rd, in the Perdido area of Pensacola. I have always experienced happy and helpful employees at this location.
Ivan DI have rented from this location several times since moving to the Perdido Key area 7 months ago, and I can truly recommend them, as one of the best “satellite” locations.
Ivan DY’all were great the gentleman helped me backup and hooked up the trailer for me. And Kristen was very nice and happy to help with my reservation.
