Pamela D | Overall ExperienceWe moved from GA to Lillian AL last month. In planning for the move I started researching storage facilities. This particular facility was about 15-20 minutes away. But I didn’t choose it for proximity. (There were several closer) I chose it for all of the positive reviews on their customer service. Out of all of the reviews that I read. There was only one negative comment. That said a lot as far as I’m concerned. Kristen and Jalen could not have been more accommodating. Most storage facilities in GA now are totally unmanned. At least all of the ones that were close to us anyway. To have someone there that you could actually see and talk to was very refreshing. I would definitely recommend this facility and give it 5 stars!
