The employees at this location were fantastic!!!! The only thing I can say that needs improvement was the sestbelt on passenger side was jammed so fixing it would be great. Need more people like this at your other locations!!!

Staff was kind to us at this location
MARC BWhen I ordered my rental truck, I ordered a dozen moving blankets. This location is not stocked with moving blankets. This was a big issue in that it made it difficult for us to protect our furniture during the move.

JOBY DI’ve never had such a problem doing the self check in with the app. This time I needed a truck to pick up a large piece of furniture for my wife at 5 pm. To be proactive I reserved it for 4 since the site said I had an hour to get it picked up. I got there and tried to check in at 4:50 pm and by the time I got done resending a picture of my drivers license and filling it out again, it was past 5 pm so the site locked me out of my registration. Then I waited on hold for another 30 minutes to get through to someone to fix it. Had to reschedule my pick up. After that it was fine.

J HThe lady that works there was knowledgeable and easy to talk to.....the car dolly was broke. After I had taken it off the lot....I figured that my van wiring was bad.... after switching to my motorhome that I know works, I found the lights on the car dolly we're broke. After further investigation...I found broken wires in the wiring harness. Had to use my 4 way flashers to get the van home with the motorhome. Batteries died half way and I got a ticket. Was not the best experience. But it explains why someone dumped it in the middle of the parking lot instead of the back line.
