I went to killeen uhaul by gray street FIRST.I needed a car hauler NOT a toy hauler the black lady tried to give me a TOY HAULER SAYING I HAVE TO BUY STRAPS N I TOLD HER I NEEDED THE AUTO TRANSPORT WITH ITS OWN RAMPS SHE HAD 3/4 SO I LEFT SO I TOOK WHAT I COULD GET COVE DID NOT HAVE A CAR HAULER TIRES OFF THE GROUND
