I was charged $20.90 for fuel, 4 gallons. Whe I picked up truck it had 1/4 tank, I dropped it off with exactly 1/4. I called, got no answer, left voicemail, no return call.
THOMAS OI forgot the dolly had to turn around come back and get it no one caught my mistake but me haha
BRUCE MIt was just very dust and dirty, but the personal came to help before he closed up his business for the day
BRANDI D1) Reservation was made incorrectly by U-Haul reservation personnel including the wrong day & wrong location! 2) Next day given Revised location 1&1/2 hours away ! This is an absurd location distance speaking!!! 3 hour round trip due to lack of 5x9 trailers w/ramp available for one way trips!

Russell WRoom for vehicles to drive thru was narrow. Access was block and had to drive around and take dirt roads in.
Chong VI dropped off the truck here and I was charged an extra day for "Erroneous drop off location"

Albin PNot sure of what I paid… I never got a receipt from the return location. The clerk was suppose to email it to me and the receipt said $00.00. I would have liked a paper receipt. Maybe get trailer hitch’s for the trailers. So your customers wouldn’t have to go to ace hardware. That’s money your U Haul could have made. Thank you for the rental.
