There was nobody in office. Took them awhile to contact person in charge of U-Haul rental. That person gave them directions on the phone on how to do our reservation

Albin P.Not sure of what I paid… I never got a receipt from the return location. The clerk was suppose to email it to me and the receipt said $00.00. I would have liked a paper receipt. Maybe get trailer hitch's for the trailers. So your customers wouldn't have to go to ace hardware. That's money your U Haul could have made. Thank you for the rental.
