Local assistance was very helpful at check in and return. I have had issues at pickup a couple of times where the process stalls at trying to enter zip/postal code. The gentleman at this location was kind enough to complete this stalled process for me.dave E.

Make location services work if it's self serve. Have someone on readily available to deal with issues. We spent 2 hours trying to get our rental w& no one was reachable during that time. It caused huge problems for our schedule. I'll never recommend this location to anyone & would actively steer people away from it and U Haul.David R.
There was a car double parked when we went to get the vehicle and couldn't get it out. We located the owner the person who ran the sushi joint out front who stated to us â€œthis is my propertyâ€ and was annoyed we were renting a vehicle, that he had to move the vehicle and that we were renting it for such a short amount of time that he couldn't repark his car blocking the uhauls. Will never ever be back here. I don't need attitude from an owner who's parked a car in front of a vehicle I've rented. I felt he blamed me for renting the vehicle.Sara G.

I said I wanted to pick up the vehicle from an agent. I wasn't told this was not possible at 1455 Gerrard St E. I was unprepared to do an online sign in. Fortunately your help person was excellent. The online program sucks.Peter C.
Small parking lot on a small street. It makes maneuvering the trucks quite difficult, especially if there are cars parked on the street. The lock on the Lockbox is rusted and hard to use.Ben M.

Customer service waiting times are a nightmare!!!! I would never ever use mobile check in again! I could not find customer service reps on the phone. There is no such thing as 24/7 service. That is just a big marketing lie!!! When I called the robot said we will call you back in 70minutes - they Never did. Only renting from Home Depot next time!!! Never again!Konstantin T.
Lot difficult to get out of - lots of stuff in the way Lockbox instructions should have been clearer. App hung up several times making the pickup / drop-off process way longer than it needed to be.Ryan C.
