I didn’t like the fact that when you arrive to pick up the truck at the U-Haul location, you still have to go through a lot of additional steps. It would be much better if all the necessary verification and document uploads could be completed at the time of booking.

I didn't get any money back because of gas but I had put gas back in it's just the location of this uhaul is out in the middle of nowhere.

Isaiah SI did not like that it took so long for them to get started on a transaction that was already set in place. I also did not like that they asked me for my card information over the phone. Did not feel safe giving my full card details over the phone to someone who I did not know, did not call, could hardly understand anything he was saying, from a number I did not recognize, and at a corner store. He could have been anyone asking for my card account details. This was not the best way to conduct a transaction. Would not recommend (0 out of 10).
