I did not get a receipt after returning the truck via the app. The app showed my cost $95xx but I need it printed. I was looking for an email but didn’t get it.

The smell was rough in the cab. Like sour sweat and body odor. The check in procedure took about 30 minutes on the app because it kept not loading the pictures. When I went through the checkout procedures on the app, when I started uploading the requested pictures, it kicked me out of the app altogether. I logged back in to finish and it said I had no reservations-current or past. Its like the app lost me in the system completely.

License plate for car hauler was missing other than that ever thing went well. The team at Blue Moon Storage were extremely helpful. The 26 foot truck was excellent I had absolutely no trouble at all. It had been a while since I had driven a truck that size but it was great ride and handled well. The Interstate 20 in Mississippi and Louisiana will beat the heck out of your kidneys no fault to U-Haul on this.

Nothing to improve this was the easiest and best experience we’ve had and we rent a Uhaul once a week to get food transported from Atlanta Community Food Bank to our local food bank and we loved using the Rockmart Pickup and drop off!! Thank you so much!!!

I rented two trucks and one didn’t have a working heater, that was not cool, because it was already cold here. I didn’t have any problems with customer service, it’s was fine. 👍🏼 I needed the trucks while I had a road built to my property. To be honest, I should have went with a pod system. It took longer to have my road built, because of weather related issues and other grading issues. So it payed a lot of money for your trucks and wish I hadn’t. Happy New Year, BDM

Same problem with the app as with pick up. Not sure how much more time we would have lost/wasted if we had not had real people available to check us in! Nice people there!

To hard to get truck. Took all day. I sent my ID through y'all's app and you never received it according to you guys. Truck front end would shake your teeth out of your head when hitting brakes going down hill. Had to stop and get a rm so your mechanic could look at it. Said he couldn't tow it cause he couldn't find nothing. So couldn't get another truck because your mechanic couldn't figure it out. Cost me an extra night in a motel I think you guys should pay for. I have two videos on my phone showing the shaking. Sent one to your mechanic and never heard back. Y'all should've let me get another truck period. If that truck goes out without being fixed and something happens I would love to know so they could sue your ass off. I should get a refund on my credit card. That would be the right thing to do.

They tried to charge me for mileage. I drove 28 miles they tried to tell me I drove 50 miles. Which didn't make sense because they said it was 360 and ended at 460. That's 100 miles not 50. So they held $100 off my card. Then tried to keep the $100 then add $2.68 after I dropped it off. Once I called them they said they couldn't pull up the picture to confirm the milage before I left the parking lot. I have the proof too and the fact that there was no gas cap on the truck or anything!

I dropped off here because during online reservation I was told it would save me $30. I dropped off 4 hours early. App would not allow me to check truck in. I have videos and pics to prove it. The next day I was called twice and told that I did not bring the truck back. Then I was charged an additional $31+ for mileage.

I feel that the whole rental process takes too long. Compare it to Home Depot, for example. In and out and the prices are cheaper. If there was a Home Depot rental in the Rockmart area, I would consider using them first, for this reason.

Customer service people were lazy and seemed as if you were bothering them. Very bad dip when backing up to hook up to trailer, made lining up harder and representative was very impatient and couldn't give proper navigation.

I would have preferred a closer location..I was in Marietta. Running to get this truck caused us 2 hours of time. BuT Erica at Bluemoon was awesome. She helped out tremendously! I would recommend Bluemoon 100%.

Reserved our 26' truck about 60 days ahead of our move. Got confirmation of pick-up at our selected place about 4 miles from our house. THE NIGHT BEFORE OUR MOVE, we received a notification that our pickup location had been changed to a place that was 20 miles (one way) from our house! U-Haul's customer service was worthless in this situation and we lost very valuable time and money (gasoline). Will not be renting from U-Haul in the future.

The people at Blue Moon Storage are just fantastic. The young lady that handled the reservation scheduling and paperwork was great and delivered on everything she told me she would do. She was very professional and pleasant. It was great experience and I would definitely recommend Blue Moon to anyone needing to rent moving equipment or storage facilities.

Though the owner was kind and accommodating, this pick up location was about 30 miles out of the way. I didn't find out about the change until the last minute. It threw my moving plans out of sync. The inconvenience was not compensated which speaks volumes about the established customer service procedures.

This facility is very nice and well managed. I have used it not only for climate controlled storage, but also for U-Haul rentals. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The location is central and access is good, but off the main road enough so that traffic is no problem at all. Clean and well kept grounds with secure storage and security cameras everywhere. Solid choice for storage or U-Haul rentals.

During the course of selling and buying our homes we rented 3 storage buildings from this company. They were great and staff was very nice! We recommend using and we would again!
