I feel that the whole rental process takes too long. Compare it to Home Depot, for example. In and out and the prices are cheaper. If there was a Home Depot rental in the Rockmart area, I would consider using them first, for this reason.
Jarrod K.Customer service people were lazy and seemed as if you were bothering them. Very bad dip when backing up to hook up to trailer, made lining up harder and representative was very impatient and couldn't give proper navigation.
