Joe F.Your computer system. U-haul double billed me and the location couldn't fix it, so they overcharged me and told me I had to call U-haul to get my refund. So close to two hours to get issue resolved. I think U-haul should have done more for me because of this.

Mike R.Help Was very rude. She kept putting in the wrong zip code for our credit card so it was denied about 6 times. When my wife told her she was doing it wrong she told her to get out of the store. I told her that our truck had an engine warning light on when I started it up and she said it was not her problem, call Uhaul service. Truck was extremely dirty the worst experience I have had. I would have denied the truck but I had no choice as our home had sold and we had to move.

Robin A.I had to fight to return the truck to my nearest U-Haul dealer location. My return had been changed (by you) to a location about 20 miles away (passing up 5 other dealers on the way,) which would have resulted in a mileage overage and a hefty taxi charge for me to get back home! The whole thing was extremely stressful, on top of all the stress I had with the interstate move. If you don't have enough trucks at your locations, get more trucks! It shouldn't be my problem to deal with. I will BEG my family and friends NOT to use U-Haul!

Richard L.Gas tank had a problem where you could only pump 0.2 gallons at a time then the pump would shut off. Got the truck at 1/4 a tank, loaded it and then went to fill up, found out about the problem. It too me 30 minutes to fill up each time, adding 2.5 hours to my trip. I would like to get some sort of refund for the 10% added time on my trip
