Didnt have the dolly i requested. Staff unprofessional and seem to know how to rent things. They didnt even ask for my driver's license.

JAMES KThere is poor cell phone reception for most people in the area of this location. It would be great if you could warn people not to use the app option to pick up a truck outside of the hours listed.
Susan AThe location is average but Dina is amazing. I had a rough start to the morning but she got me sorted at the new location. I still need to contact customer service after my issue this morning. I was told I’d be issued a $50 credit because the location I originally went to had the incorrect operating hours.
