How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe trailer was not compatible with our truck. The chord was not long enough. Trailer did not have a spot to put a lock. Your old ones did. Could have been stolen. I called customer service got transferred to road side who said new trailer shouldn’t get stolen if loaded properly. I had it loaded properly and it could come off. It was not a full load. I am disabled and had to sleep in a rest stop in my vehicle. Not amused about any of this.
