Have the equipment ready when the customer arrives at the scheduled time. And check all rental equipment before you rent it. The back of the truck was dirty it had not been swept out. I rented a vehicle transport and it had a flat tire on it after we loaded our vehicle. The trailer lights didn't work on the right side.Deann R.

They had a new woman on Friday when I picked up my eqpt. It was her first day alone and when I walked in there were 3 folks in front of me. She kept her composure and worked us all thru quickly and professionally. When I brought the eqpt back today the lady was just as efficient and professional.Timothy W.

The staff did not check the truck with me at the time of pick up. When we opened it to load it there were broken mirrors and glass on the bed of the truck. The loaders had to clean it up before they could begin and I had to pay them an extra $50 because they had to begin late. I felt this was unacceptable and the truck should have been ready. Prior to pick up I have nothing but good to say about the staff. They helped me select boxes and thoroughly explained the rental process to me.Tracy H.

The web page phone number works and left a message on it. How ever they use different number. Since I was running late, I had left a message on the number listed on google. when I finally got there my reservation was canceled, after I hour of my original pick up request. That's when I found out they use a different phone number. I was able to get the truck I needed. Will not deal with them again.Mark M.

There were so many things that were wrong, and again so many people that were helpful in solutions for all the wrongs. Local office in Malvern, AR only gave me a 1/2 hr notice of no vehicle avail. Scheduling dept offered an option at another location and honored orig rate on orig res, and compensated me for the addtl time/.mlg it would take me to go and pu the truck. The cab of the truck I picked up still had spilled coffee in the cup holder, two bottles of half filled water bottles, the saran wrapping of a sandwich and a paper napkin. I had to go back in the office to obtain cleaning supplies. The level of fuel was incorrect on the contract by nearly a 1/4 gallon, but as I had been so far delayed I just needed to get to packing and moving and left w/o addressing. Once I was loaded and ready to go, I couldn't close the back door. The latch had wedged behind the black stopper at the top. I called roadside assistance and waited for their call back. When they called they offered some advice on how to unwedge it, I was unable to do so. Luckily a neighbor with a crow bar was able to, as they could not locate a tech in the area to help that eve. I asked for some extra time on the rental return, due to the fact I had lost time in transporting my belongings. Road Side assistance was very accommodating in my request. As anticipated I would need to dispute the fuel level of the return. I had returned the truck with the exact level of fuel as it had when I picked it up. I called the local office and they gave me a phone number to call to get this resolved. A quick explanation to the CSR and she was gracious in refunding the 7 gallons of fuel I had been charged for, and sent the receipt via e-mail immediately. Local locations - in need of improvement, all the departments I spoke with over the phone A+++++.ALEXANDRA N.
