The truck was dirty behind the seats and I didn't realize it until after I started driving it. I also should be expecting a $100 deposit returned to me but apparently not. The price stated 442.00 when i first reserved this and changed to 527.00 then asked for a deposit of $100 but on the receipt it shows nothing about a deposit. You guys fuck around too much with peoples money and i wont be using you guys anymore

The lady outside cleaning the uhauls was extremely unprofessional and rude. The lady inside that took my key was very nice.

MICHAEL WThe lady who rented the tow dollie to us was short with us. I asked about getting my military discount, she said responded quickly saying it was to late she had already did my card transaction but that was not true. And refuse to give me my discount. She was not even friendly from the time we entered the place she only asked us 2 questions in pulling up our reservation and that was it. I have rented from the location on many occasions but this was the first visit where we were not treated as a customer of concern.
