I tried dropping the vehicle a day earlier 24 hrs in advance. The 800 uhaul sent me to a place that does not exist. Returning the vehicle the next day here. The app. Would not let me process the drop off online. The next page gave instructions to continue the drop off. Which we did as accordingly. I still have all pictures. I want my extra day refunded to me!
