No, the car kept stopping on me then they tried to charge me for cleaning and it wasn’t nothing in the truck. I was being overcharged and I ended up keeping the truck for three days outside of what I was supposed to keep it before but I got pictures where the truck had stopped on me. The battery kept going dead so that’s why I ended up with the truck for a couple days
Shenita AWhen I made the reservation, I was supposed to pick up the truck on Spring Street in Louisville. When I went to go pick up the truck I learned that my pick up location had been moved to Bluegrass Parkway. That took another 15 minutes to get there and got me off schedule for the rest of the day. Plus, I just got a bill for two additional miles that I supposedly drove but if I’d picked the car the truck up from Spring Street instead of bluegrass Parkeay, I would’ve had a few fewer miles to drive and wouldn’t have gotten an charged an additional fee.

DENNIS RNothing, we were sent to this location when the center didn’t have the auto tow trailer and i wish we had gone here first. The two young men were extremely helpful, worked great as a team and got us on the road quickly. Great job.

THOMAS SIssue with equipment being ready. No blankets ready and the employee wanted me to wait while he shook out and folded 4 dozen blankets. He could just call the location that I had to drive back to inorder to pick up the auto transport.

Michael KThe truck interior was filthy. Half of the equipment I had reserved was not available. One of the furniture dollies was broken and scarred my hardwood floors. One of the truck's backup lights didn't work. There was no washer fluid. The auto trailer was in terrible condition

Jeff SThe cab of the truck filthy and the window was left down in the rain so the seat was soaked. Pieces of old bacon was in the floorboard. Once I received the invoice, i noticed i was charged $25 for cleaning the back of truck. WTF, this location should pay better attention to the cabs of the trucks. Everything was sticky and covered in dirt.
Jason VTruck-box interior was filthy. There was no washer fluid. One backup light was not working. One of the dollies was cracked and had a wheel that didn't turn, which made a long mark in my hardwood floor. I will call customer service about this.

WILLIAM MPick up was great, return was a little tricky, didn’t know where to park, and the guy who got there before me almost had my car parked in. Thankfully I was able to squeeze by to get out. Recommend better parking instructions for returning vehicles after hours.

GERRY DI didn't realize that it seemed a big deal to be an hour late picking up. I assumed the credit card hold had some kind of protection for the rental company for no shows. Make sure to let them know if you're going to be late

Yubisan FI have never had a bad experience with U-Haul moving and storage. This most recent move was the best! The customer service rep Val went out of his way to call me the day of the move. Prior to picking up the truck he explained that based on the logistics I could save a considerable amount of money by bringing the truck back instead of dropping off at a different U-Haul location. I went from a quote of $209 to only actually paying $134 plus $18 for gas. He even showed me how to use the gas gauge to guarantee I topped it off to it's proper amount without wasting money. I will definitely recommend his location to friends, family, and strangers alike.
