I filled the tank up with gas before returning and it was FULL! The fact that you charged me $10.50 for two gallons is absolutely ridiculous! I will NEVER use your location again.

Herman SI show up to rent a truck at 1:30pm and see a sign in the window that the whole location has been shut down during business hours so someone could go get lunch. I had to wait until 3pm before some teenage boy finally got back from his vip lunch break. I did not understand why this teen didn’t pack his lunch or order it to the office. When we got the van rental finally, there were legs from a bed post still in the back. I’m sure a lot of our hard working construction workers and landscapers would love working a full day in AC and getting 1.5 hrs of a lunch break. But they don’t. At least he had a nice hair cut and fancy ankle socks though.🤦🏻♂️
