Agent was 35 minutes late and no one else was able to assist. He told them to tell me to check in on line so I could get the van. I did and they still couldn't help me. I had to wait for him to arrive and he still took a while to get me the vehicle, he even had to swipe the credit card after it was I put online and I hated that he took a photo of me even though I uploaded my drivers license. Want to rent from a place that was only a mile from my home but they had no truck available. So then they told me about the other location that was 5miles away they where fared away. Will the bottom line is I had to pay more money for the rental because of the extra mile. I didn't like this.PETER A.

They didn't know what they were doing so it took 45 minutes for them to figure it out to complete the initial pick up of the uhaul, also i was then charged a higher deposit then i was told when i reserved it. when i dropped it off i asked about the refund or total due and was just told that i would be sent an email if there was a refund or extra charges, which i never received. i tried to call uhaul but there was a 20 minute wait if u wanted to express a concern. this was the first time i ever rented a uhaul and it wasnt a good experience.Wendy K.
