I left multiple voice mail messages, bot the day before and the morning of my return of the equipment. No one ever returned any my calls. When I arrived at the drop off location I called, yet again, and still no one answered or responded to the voice mail message I left. I went inside the walk-through gate and knocked on the office door and the window. A dog barked from inside, but no one ever answered the door. At that point I called the national U-Haul number and explained my situation and was asked to simply leave the trailer in front of the business and I did so at the curb in front, took a video as per the U-Haul agent's request, and sent it to her immediately after. This hang-up caused me to be late for my next two appointments and I was not happy about that as I'm know for my punctuality.
