I Had To Drive All The Way To Sunnyvale To Pickup My Vehicle, They Didn't Tell Me That I Had To Go Into A Liquor Store To Pick Up My Vehicle. Tried To Get Information Over The Phone With No Luck!

Ayush SI have been fraudulently charged for gas. I filled up with gas right before dropping the vehicle off and have images before and after using the U-Haul showing the same gas amount. I want my money back.

My location was great.. they took care of my situation and will for sure rent with them in the future.. Again online and phone service direct with u-hall is not so good. Only. Charles BTRUCK WAS IN BAD CONDITION, DID NOT FELT SAFE DRIVING , HENCE RETURNED WITHOUT COMPLETE MOVE .. STILL HAD TO PAY . Truck was aged and very heavy when driving.. Got check engine light on after i started driving over freeway . Driver side lock would not open , had to get in thru passenger side.. Ended up returning truck before complete move , had to pay money inspite of return due to reason DID NOT FELT SAFE driving.. Logged a complaint requesting refund.. but no one hears.. Better to hire a moving company though it would cost more..
Hament Dthe only issue is that I requested for moving blankets and a dolly and they did not come with the truck but showed up in the bill. Otherwise, would recommend for sure.

Used the alternative way to continue the return as instructed in the App. I was told that a repersentative will call me ASAP, but never received a call. It turns out, I was double charged. Sent an mail to customer support, but still no response.

Robert JIt would be helpful if some sort of receipt was given after inspection that indicated that the truck and all of the equipment was indeed received. A text to this effect would be best (to save paper).

Jason MThe mobile pickup and drop-off options are not great. It makes it more confusing for the customer and makes the opportunity for error greater.
MATTHEW MI did not ask for insurance, I rented for 30 minutes and drove 2 miles. I booked without insurance and I was charged for insurance.
