Unlocked the lockbox. Surprise! No key. This after waiting for 10 min for my alternate contact to receive a call before I could check in. Chatted and never received a response while waiting. I was given an alternate vehicle with 46 miles of fuel remaining. More delay: had to add fuel. Not a good customer experience. Do better.

The rental truck was not cleaned in between users. There was visible dirt on the floor of the driver and passenger side. The bed of the box truck was also dirty. It had leftover moving blankets. Also please increase the number of photos you are able to load.
