Anita PThe man at this location was very rude. He was rude when we picked up the uhaul and was also very rude when we returned the uhaul. I understand people have bad days, but it is not that hard to be kind. It felt like getting a uhaul at this place was a huge headache to him!
Jerrica CI had a reservation for the 22nd and it didn't take place. The card machine wasn't working with my card. Went to get cash and when we went back, closed. Made reservation for the 24th but no mention of the $50 off if reservation didn't take place.
Diana HTruck mileage did not match the mileage on the online app when checking in. The owner had to call the main offices of Uhaul to resolve the issue.
Vickie EDue to equipment availability my reservation had to be changed Bob's Garage the day before. Upon arrival the staff was very professional and the paperwork process was very smooth. They hooked up the trailer for me and checked all the lights. I did a visual inspection as required to compare the pictures and approved them. Drove back 25 mile to the hotel I was staying. My bother in law notices that one of the tire was VERY worn out and showing the steel cords!. I do not know what the inspection process is on the trailers by the location but this worn out tire slipped through the crack. I called Roadside assistance and they were VERY helpful and got the tire replaced within 3 hours of the my call. Since I was not loading the trailer until Monday morning it all worked out.

lesa wThe cab was disgusting with sticky pop everywhere. Also something on the inside of the windshield. The back of the truck had leaves & dirt in it. I had to clean the entire truck before I could even use it. The man at Bob’s barely spoke. Very unfriendly.

Connor WOwner was rude, very short in conversation and lacked basic respectful social abilities. Had an attitude during the entire interaction and informed me he had other things to do and was "leaving by 1030 so I needed to hurry!" When I called him to inform he I may be running a little late. I was 5 min late appointment was at 1000, I made it at 1005. His business hours on that day we're posted being until noon. Very rude and will not rent from him again! Not will I advise anyone else too.

Jessie Struck was dirty food and crumbs on the bottom of the floor board guy was rude and did the quick online check in and thought it would be a quick process and wanted to spend as least amount of time in their due to the pandemic but still ended up spending 20 mins in there. overall wouldn’t recommend going through him
Josh BPick up service provider was not polite. Did not seem to appreciate the business transaction. The lady that opened the gate walked away cursing about my arrival time, which she said was an all day wait. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled arrival. Overall poor experience at the location.

Jonathan BVery disorganized. Was unaware of info on the reservation sheet. Pads, dolly, etc. drop off location was on the reservation info, but couldn’t find it in the computer. Whole customer service experience was unprofessional.

kimberly nI dropped off after hours. I have used this drop off before. Only problem was a residence about 1/2 mile from this on Langdon Lane with multiple U-Haul trailers in the yard.Bad driveway; I couldn't read the street number and inadvertantly pulled into the wrong location. Finally backed out onto the narrow street, Langdon Lane, and went on to Bob's Garage. In the notes for drop off, tell customers coming from the south on Langdon Lane not to turn in the narrow driveway with lots of U-Haul trailers but keep going north until you come to wide driveway and Bob's Garage sign. Signs and street addresses are obscured by trees along Langdon Lane.

Tyrone WIt might just be operator error, but when I was reserving the trailer, the location kept changing after I would set the pick-up and drop-off. I have reserved a truck using the website and had no problem, but this time I had to cancel reservations twice because the confirmation showed a different location than I had originally chosen.
