The drop off location was easy to find and returning the truck and trailer was easy. The office location was not as clean as what we are used to with most U-Haul locations, but it is part of an auto garage so that is to be expected. The gentleman was helpful once you got to chatting with him a bit and ended up being really friendly. He made sure everything was checked in and gave us our receipt and we were on our way.

Very helpful and kind staff - quick
Todd B“Bobs garage” was not helpful at all. They closed before I arrived with the truck and did not answer calls. I also recieved extra fuel charges but I returned the truck over where it was when I took it. I spent 80$ on fuel.
Jazmyn VEasy to find with clear directions on drop off. The person I spoke with was approachable, friendly, and helpful. This is the second time I've returned a truck here and would definitely use this location again.
Jetta DBob failed to inform me how the car trailer worked, that the ramps could slide out from under the car when loading the vehicle because they don't have physical stops that keep the ramps in place. My car was nearly destroyed by this omission. He also failed to explain the folding fender to get out of the car after loading and one tire was very low on air.
