Renting the U-haul was a little confusing. When I called and made the reservation the gentleman was extremely nice and I was told I would have to wait until they open to pick the truck up. When I got there it was during business hours but the store was closed. I called the number on the door and the guy I spoke to was also very helpful and he said it was a contactless pick up which was fine with me. He helped me complete and pay for the truck over the phone. The truck was completely on empty and I even commented on that with the guy on the phone. He said just to return it as I found it. I went straight to the gas station to put gas in it and got on my way.

Because he told me he was still learning and it took me along time to get the truck and always it was bad at the other U-Haul place in winterville Nc because my stuff got canceled, because the women in there told me to come in today but she set it for 7/31/24, and that’s when she sent me to him on some last min and he wasn’t there and I had to get someone call him both time, but I never had this problem before it was a bad day
Nakeshia GYou're online pickup system is absolutely horrible it took me over an hour to figure anything out and I ended up having a call your U-Haul system and then wait for them to call me back because they were busy every time that they called me back every time that they go to connect to me that we hang up. I ended up waiting on hold for over 35 minutes after already trying to figure things out for an hour if I was able to get what I needed which was a code to get into the lock box to get the key to the truck it was supposed to pick the truck up at 12:00 I arrived at 11:30 I didn't get my vehicle until 1:30 the store was closed when it was supposed to be open. Not very happy about my experience very disappointed about my experience and I guarantee you I will not be going back to Bodega Cafe to pick up another truck
