Bob OWe love this location! We have used them several times and everything is always as it should be! Keep up the good work. We had to move on a Sunday and they really made it easy. I would like to mention the customer support on the U-Haul side of things are not so great. We had to call twice & the first time I spw David & was rushed & had to repeat my question because he was not active listening. Second call, I contacted kionna & she put me on hold, call was disconnected, and no followup. I understand it was a weekend, but as a CSR myself I was disappointed that I didn't feel confident in either agent. However, I would give them a positive rating on friendliness because that is important too.

Jackie WThe truck we rented was not available, even though the reservation was made a few weeks prior. Also we had a confirmation call from UHaul the day before confirming. We ended up having to take a much bigger truck. The price was adjusted however we rented what we needed and were comfortable driving 800 miles. We got what we got. The truck was FILTHY! The outside was covered in root soot and dead bugs. The windshield was dirty inside and out as well as the windows. The truck was full of dog hair. We had no choice but to take the truck as we flew in and were driving back. We checked other Uhaul places and nothing was available. Very disappointed in Uhaul and this vendor.

Stacy ANo one to help pull trailer out of mud or connect to hitch. Was told the customer is responsible to retrieve and connect on their own. I am 60+ and was covered in sweat before I even finished hooking up the trailer. Who knows if I even knew what I was doing, yet I am liable. Poor customer service.
Mark MCould not use one side of the hold down straps because last user had doubled it and it was so thick it got locked and was so tight was not able to get it out and undone. Good thing I took a tie down with me or would not been able to haul my truck to my destination.

Jason SThe front (hitching area) of the tow dolly I rented was a bit difficult to lift from the ground, rather heavy. Perhaps installing a swing away trailer stand-jack so that I might back my vehicle directly beneath the hitch area and lower tow dolly onto my trailer ball instead of utilizing brute muscle and force?

Bradley TI selected this location so that I wouldn’t have to do online check in. Instead, they did not even open that day, paper notice on door. No indication where to put trailer, just picked a place. Not impressed at all.

Ronnie CI wish there was a scan and go. I scan my reservation, and the person just gets the equipment and keys, and we go. Also refund for the time. If we return it by a certain time we should get some money back.
Penne HSo, Burtons was great, however, they were not our original pickup loaction, My original location was in Columbia KY, however they were closed and I was told that I would be receiving a $50.00 uhaul guarantee since it was closed, I have yet to get that, also the agebt that told me I would get that, failed to mention that Burtons did not open until 12 pm so when I got there it was also closed, called in again and the agent I got that time informed me of when it opened. I lost 2 hours of time, had to go to another city and use a bigger truck which of course was more in gas. I used the chat service tonight to find out about the guarantee and was told Brian Hill had tried to contact me about this, however, I have no missed calls nor voicemails and I verified my # with the chat agent and the number you have is correct. So Burtons will get an A from me, but Uhaul customer service and your guarantee get a big F for failing to keep your word.

Judy GThose trailers are heavy, about killed myself trying to pick it up to put in the hitch. Parking the tongues on gravel would allow a person to hook up easier without straining themselves. Perhaps supplying blocks for the lifting mechanism would help.

Suzanne HI was supposed to be able to drop off at a location down the road from me in Allendale , Greensburg KY- which would have saved me 30 miles on both my vehicle and rental plus gas. Since one one stays open at locations, impossible to deal with .
