How U-Haul Reviews WorkMore available hours would be nice. 10 am is later start whenever you're moving.
Clifford NFast, kind service. Unlike other U-Haul locations I have used, know that you have to hook up and unhook the trailer yourself due to site staffing level.
Paul Lvery friendly and helpful, nice folks to work with
Mike CNow I had an issue and I had to call the 800 number I was on hold on hold for an hour and a half to get an issue fixed now and the girl was not that educated and what the issue was so I am very unhappy with dealing with U-Haul I hope to God I never have to do it again because I mean we wanted our U-Haul Thursday night like originally planned we didn’t get into Friday night we were supposed to be on the road and head towards the person‘s place Friday night and we weren’t until late so I didn’t get to bed until midnight that night. I am a disabled woman who’s handicap in a wheelchair and I just it’s just I’m not happy with you guys.
