I had a 26-foot truck confirmed at a location near my home, but on the pick-up day, they called me saying that the truck wasn't available but there was another truck at a location only 10 km away. I went to that location, but it took too much time to take the truck, even though I had already made the check-in. The truck had only 1/8 of gas, and didn't have any label showing what kind of fuel. Also, I had requested a furniture dolly, but they didn't have one. Also, I paid for a dozen pads but got 6.

CHELSEA KWe had initially booked to pick up our truck at a closer location and only found out that the location was being changed because I went by to see the first location a few days prior to the moving date. It wasn’t too far out of the way but could have been a problem without good notice of the location change. The young man at the Esso station who helps with the U-Haul check in was super friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this location for your U-Haul rental.

BRAYDEN WI booked a 26 ft truck 4 weeks ago for the 14th of June ... Received a call from Uhaul on the 12th saying that the 26ft truck i had booked was returned damaged and not road safe and that all that was available as a replacement was 5km further away was only 20ft truck or 26ft 70ms away in Barrie Ontario ... I settled for the 20ft vs the cost and time for the 26ft... I picked the truck up at approx 5pm June 13th and told dealer i would return the truck saturday june 14th late afternoon or early evening. They dealer told me that they were only open until 8pm but if I didnt make it by 8 to drop the keys in the drop box ... I arrived at 817 pm only find out my personal vehicle had been blocked in by another uhaul truck forcing me to drive back home to come back the next day at round trip of 30kms plus my time. I at the very least expect not to be charged for the extra 30kms ... Over all not a great experience

LONG LWhere donI start?? in the booking, I requested a truck, and 1 appliance dolly and another smaller dolly. the total was unde4 100 dollar. In reality, I didn't get the appliance dolly, the location didn't have boxes, and I paid over 300... WTF?? why would you offer a price and apply another??? I felt scammed!
