When someone books at a certain location and has confirmation that it was booked. You guys should stop changing the location the day before and upset the customer.i was upset because of you mistake I had to pay more out of my pocket. I know the person who changed my location tried to give discounts but because the mistake was on your end I had to pay extra for the km....that I didn't need. Next before you confirm reservation make sure they are available..and I don't know why a customer has to go to a different location....if this was the case you should have an employee get a truck from another location so you you satisfied a customer...VERY Disappointed

brian lThe truck was missing the rubber on one of the wiper blades. The attendant was nice and quick, but did not explain anything- to take a photo of the back, check for damage, or that the truck only had a 1/4 tank of fuel.
