The service was absolutely terrible. The Staff were rude, ignorant, and barely spoke English. When we drove the uhaul off the lot , instead of repairing the broken driverside mirror properly, they used duct tape to hold the mirror in place. Upon returning the uhaul the next day, we were over charged, and swore at by the employee we had picked the unit up from the day before, as he was off and the other employee had no idea what he was doing. This location needs to be shut down.

The only catch I had with the U-Haul was the fact that I had booked it a couple weeks ago in Saint Stephen and I had to go to St. John twice , which was almost 3 hours of extra time per day twice. I do understand that it’s a small location And your representatives there also explained the pitfalls I could run into But it would’ve been easiest to pick up closer to home as the move became almost 3 days with the first day being the big stuff and after returned truck and had to spend almost 2 extra days moving with the pick up truck. Everyone I had to deal with were professional and helpful with the situation

The box can be swept out before renting out. It was full of mud. Other than that all was good

Tell me that I need a credit card to rent the equipment and ask if I'll be getting the insurance when I reserve it... It took 45 minutes to get everything sorted out, and wasted $35 of my money. The location was great - it was the reservation I made online that totally dropped the ball.

The set-up on their end gave them issues, something to do with the name on my license not matching the name on the booking because one was first name, last name and the other was opposite
