They gave me a phone number and instruct me to give a call once I reach my destination city (Saint John). I arrived at the city late night and gave them a call. No one picked up the call, I wait till morning and gave them another call before my contract expired . No answer from the store, they gave me a call back around 11:00am the same day and told me to return the truck. I did as they told, later saw that they charged me extra $73.00 for that few hours of having the truck, was it my fault? I called the customer care right aways , explained everything, they told me they will raise a dispute number in my email I haven’t received any. Worse experience ever. Who will help me ?? Please tell them it’s not fair to charge someone when the fault is not customers. I wish they had a better customer services. And also the way store representative talked with me is kind of they are not from U-Haul, they will not take any liability. WTF !!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had my reservation for 11:00 am at 242 Rothesay Ave. I showed up and there was no one there. There was a phone number on the door that no one answered and voicemail was full. Call the office number and no one answered there. Finally I called main office. Luckily she was able to find another truck not far away that we could use. This set us back close to an hour with people waiting to move furniture.
