This wasn't where we asked to pick up. It was changed the night before. Disappointing that I spent the time picking a location to pick up and then you change it.

Uhaul should stop being greedy instead of paying both the mileage and the gas it should be one or the other. Already paying out the butt to move.

They did not have the 2 dozen furniture pads that we ordered so the movers were afraid to pack everything in the truck tightly. Truck was not full. Movers never came back for another trip to fill the truck and had an extra 70 min that they were paid for

I had a very frustrating experience at this U-Haul drop-off location. The employee I dealt with was unprofessional, arrogant, and rude from the start. When I asked where to park the trailer, he vaguely pointed into the distance and said “over there.” When I asked for clarification, he became irritated and dismissive, pointed at my trailer, and said “trailers are enclosed,” then again gestured vaguely and repeated “over.. THERE,” even though there were no trailers visible. He then told me I needed to find a parking spot and come inside to sign paperwork. When I asked about using the U-Haul app, he clearly did not understand how it worked and became even more annoyed, insisting I had to come inside instead to sign it in. I eventually discovered that the trailer parking area was actually off-site in an empty lot two properties over, something he didnt bother to explain at all. Meanwhile, he remained outside smoking and joking with friends the entire time. I have rented from this location before without issues, but after this experience, I will be going out of my way to avoid it in the future and will make sure my family does the same.

This is not a review for boo boos discount but for safe pack and ship. I arrived and the wrong key was put into the lockbox which did unlock with the code I was given. I feel as though I should get some kind of discount for this. Also safe pack and ship was about 1/5 the distance as boo boos was to the locations I was going, so my price increased based on mileage for something that was not my fault. Yet again no complaints about the location I was actually able to get a truck at.

My pickup location wasn't where I had requested and I didn't see anything telling me that so I went to the wrong place at 1st. When I went to the right place, the people were very helpful but The U haul app didn't work when it came to the taking pictures of the truck, we tried several times to do it and it just wouldn't work so the U haul guy had to call U haul to make a note that it wasn't working so I could leave.

I reserved a 10' truck. I arrived an hour after my initial pick up time but well within the timeframe i reserved the truck for. 15 minutes after being prompted to reapply my driver's license pictures and information. When I got there there was a couple in front of me looking to rent a truck. They left with a 10' truck. I was told my reservation was canceled on their end and that they didn't have any 10' trucks. I would have to go with a 20' truck. I agreed because I didn't have any other choice. I also overheard one of the guys there saying that the couple didn't want the truck they wanted the van. They canceled my order to upsell this couple while also forcing me to take a much larger truck than I had wanted. The spots that the trucks were in were also extremely tight and the guy guiding me in and out was extremely rude.

Everyone was very friendly. It was my first time renting a U-Haul they staff made the process easy and efficient. I had a amazing experience and they made moving onto my first apartment a breeze.

Trucks very high mileage (over 156,000 miles and in poor mechanical condition and foul smoke smell. Gave me two different trucks and both the same condition. Owner insane and shouting at all the customer with foul discusting language as well as employees shouting back with foul language with aseveral customers present.

The business owner/Uhaul representative was extremely rude and added unauthorized items to my bill. I took pictures of the mileage at pick up and at drop off and the representative added an additional 22 miles to my rental. In addition, she charged me .99 a mile instead of what was shown on the Uhaul site when I ordered the van which was supposed to be .79 a mile. She claimed there was an up charge due to it being a weekend rental. I rented the van on a Friday. Also, she charged me for a $30 insurance, which I told her I waived that at the time of booking and she claimed I was not allowed to do that. This woman is running a scam at this location and should not be allowed to be a Uhaul representative. It is unknown how many people she has overcharged. She attempted to charge me $91 for a $19.95 rental. Ridiculous. I will never use Uhaul again.

Bunell, FL. The Uhaul portion is inside a tiny flea market. The people were nice and helpful, but it is not the professional atmosphere you get with most Uhaul returns.

I was with my teenage daughter for dropoff if the trailer. I was greeted by a strange man telling me to pull the trailer around the side of the lot about a football field away from the storefront. My daughter and I had to YouTube how to unhitch the trailer and move it to place by ourselves. He never offered any help to unhitch the trailer. After about 10 minutes of YouTube and trial and error, we were successful! I will never return a trailer to this location again and would never recommend anyone as a safety concern.

This location is extremely accommodating. Very friendly and fast service. Other locations would close early and not ever have what I needed, Boo Boo Discount will be my first call for Uhaul needs going forward.

I took the trailer back there last evening and have never experienced this with U-Haul before. They pointed to a dark field down a hill, off the pavement, in the dirt, where I had to drop it and it was dark. They provided NO assistance. I had a very difficult time getting the trailer off my car due to its weight. If I had been alone, I could not have gotten it off by myself. Luckily had a female friend with me who helped but we still struggled . Would never use this site again. And would never recommend it. To pay extra for a one-way drop was definitely not worth it. I wish I had driven back to Daytona.

pick up location said they are paperless so they could not provide a copy of the rental agreement other than email . This enabled them to overcharge me on mileage since the mileage out was not accurate but couldn't be checked without a copy of the rental agreement . They also insisted that Safe Move coverage was mandatory after I was told by two different U Haul representatives when I booked on the telephone that my own Auto Insurance was adequate . I get the impression this was a bit of a bait and switch deal to get more money from the rental . Very Disappointed with the experience here after renting vans from U Haul numerous times in the past and never was the Safe Move insurance Mandatory.

made it very difficult by demanding specific parking of car hauler before accepting truck. no one there that can park the trailer so the customer is made unusual demands. however, they did accept the return where as Ron's Rides location refused it. nothing like having to run around to several locations with a return

The lady I dealt with, Tammy, was aware of the very bad and stressful situation I was in from my initial phone call and 2 visits to their location. When I arrived the truck was up front, spotless and ready to go! This was a spur of the moment thing for me that had to get done NOW and she was above and beyond helpful and made my bad day a LOT better. I HIGHLY recommend visiting Boo Boo Discount in Bunnell, Florida for any and ALL your Uhaul needs and ask for Tammy, you won't be disappointed! Her customer service and knowledge of the process is outstanding.
