When I arrived, I was told to go find and hook up my own equipment. When I found the equipment, I found that it was full of gravel that I had to go and clean out before I could use it, asked for a broom when I pulled the trailer around and she said she didn’t have any way to clean the gravel out. I submitted pictures.

John RWhen i turned in the trailer, no one checked it in. The lady was outside the business and asked my name then indicated where she wanted the trailer with no offer to help disconnect. The hitch seemed to be stuck. So after 5 attemts to disconnect and pulling forward and back, it finally came off the hitch ball.
