This is the strangest location I've ever seen! I was so uncomfortable being there! They have horror halloween masks and figures all over their location and was blasting at full blast 99 bottles of beer on the wall! The lady was also extremely rude! I also can not believe that I was charged .99 per mile over 30 miles! That is ridiculous! I ended up paying almost $200 for 24 hours!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

The owner is extremely rude. They don't help you hook up the trailer or when returning, unhook the trailer. You need to take away their U-Haul license.

When I filled out the rental agreement at the store, the woman asked if I wanted insurance for $15.00. I said, “No, I never take insurance.” But when I got my final charges, they put it on there anyway.

Very rude lady running the store. Absolutely disgusting looking inside. Wish I would have done after hours drop off, that how nasty it was. Was made to move trailer multiple times while dropping off because she was incapable of moving the trailer herself.

Attendant was great and quick however the trailer was super dirty and didnt have a jack so we had to lift it and lower it manually (it was substantially heavy even for 2 adults),the location was far from our home and closer locations didnt have the trailer ,also the booking process online was horrendous and kept crashing on me

a) Provide receipt at drop off of equipment....I didnt get one even after asking for one. b) Assist (better) on where to place the trailer since you've had previous issues with someone placing equipment different than you expected which I didn't need to hear about.

Woman was rude. Cabin was dirty. White ziploc bag with powder substance in it. Powder in cabin. Ramp had old detergent on it and my son fell and hit his had. Location did not have the ramp available. First time I’ve ever had this issue since renting with uhaul and I’ve been renting for almost 20 years.

The rates are astronomical and I feel for the families who cannot afford the rental. After getting to the designated highway speed with my rental box truck I feared for my safety. The truck is outdated and needs to be decommissioned.

I was unaware that the trailer did not come with a jack so that the trailer could be lifted unto the truck hitch. I was told to go get a trailer and connect it to my truck then drive to the office for trailer info documentation. I managed to get the trailer loaded with the help of a gentleman that was looking to rent a trailer but i did hurt my back trying to load this trailer alone.

This place was so unprofessional. The owner or boss of the business and his sister who worked the counter did nothing but yell at the top of their lungs at each other like 2 little children for over 30 minutes while myself and 2 other customers also were waiting. Upon returning the truck with more gas than I received it with which was a hair above a 1/4 of a tank. I was charged additional money for fuel for the 21 miles I used the truck. So I originally put in 5 gallons of gas showing on the gas tank to be over what I started with and was charged for an additional 3 gallons at an additional $12 plus dollars for a 15 foot truck driving 21 miles. Had to be at work and did not have time to continue dispute the matter. Even though I had a picture of the dash showing the mileage and gas when I picked up the truck the had no interest in seeing it.

guy was just hating life the day I was there . seemed sad and would not want to see them again. Then hired two guys to help and only one showed up stole stuff and they did not give refund for the other guy not showing up. I am disabled 100 percent and had to move almost every single item myself. hope they like the stuff they took. Still today in pain from doing his work . I want a refund for guy not showing up!

I reserved a trailer at a different location than boo boos because i didnt want to deal with them. So instead of uhaul making sure that i could go get the trailer from the place of my choosing, i was sent to the place i didnt want to go to. Also i ordered moving blankets and they had none.

Original drop off point was to be in Ormond on Highway 1. On a Sunday called U-Haul, said they could find me a drop off point closer on Highway 100. Went there, was closed and totally fenced in, U-Haul should have known this! Called U-Haul again, this time they contacted drop off point in Bunnell before I arrived. Also, I have rented dollys before from U-Haul. I have yet to understand why the cost of a dolly last time, was almost 3 times in Florida than in Virginia!

This location was a thrift store. I had to unhitch the trailer myself a half a block away from the store which wasn’t a huge problem. Check in was quick and easy. I chose this location because it was very close to my home.

Pick a location not ran by the local crack heads that constantly scream and yell at one another in front of customers. Along with being alcohol into the store and drinking while on the clock.

If you are towing a moving trailer or vehicle transport trailer you will have to disconnect at the corner of the block. So be sure you do not pass it up or you will have to drive around the back side of the building to get back to the drop off corner. Then drive the truck to the office for check in. The parking lot is very tight

This is not the location that I requested when I made the reservation and if U-Haul hadn't changed my reservation I would never have chosen this location. This location is a second hand store, unprofessional in it's appearance and doesn't represent any U-Haul location that I have ever rented from. I have never been asked to place a trailer on my hitch and when I tried, I injured my back. Unfortunately, I had to load, drive and unload before I had time to get to an instant care. Seriously bad experience.

No assistant in hooking up first one that had flat tire that was not noticed - had to unhook with no help. Had to request help with second one to lift up onto the truck hitch . Inside can had dirt and leaves inside that had to be Cleaned by customer .

Not well marked as to where to drop off a trailer versus a truck. I had to back up the trailer several hundred feet, through a strip mall parking lot, to a trailer drop off area. Not easy! Some signage would have helped as I could have driven straight into the spot without having to backup! Then I had to unhook the trailer myself and manhandle it into the location.
