No place to leave a car while rent the truck. The truck was parked in bad spot blocked by cars and they wanted me to move it . I had them move it was not parked in a clear way to get out. When dropped off the system not work and after calling company I finally left without receipt or what would be final total because there over twenty minutes already. I felt like an inconvenience to the person. The fuel level wasn’t right but by the time got to leave it was already almost nine and I got there before 830 which was rent time . This was an awful experience

Slow and it looked like they don’t know what they’re doing. I chose this cuz U-Haul called offering a cheaper mile price but they added the insurance without asking me which i declined when I first reserved
