Select another location if original truck location is unavailable. Maybe removing the hookah thats chillin in the waiting area that was dirty asf. Customer service was shit too.
Angel ANo place to leave a car while rent the truck. The truck was parked in bad spot blocked by cars and they wanted me to move it . I had them move it was not parked in a clear way to get out. When dropped off the system not work and after calling company I finally left without receipt or what would be final total because there over twenty minutes already. I felt like an inconvenience to the person. The fuel level wasn’t right but by the time got to leave it was already almost nine and I got there before 830 which was rent time . This was an awful experience
Denise JSlow and it looked like they don’t know what they’re doing. I chose this cuz U-Haul called offering a cheaper mile price but they added the insurance without asking me which i declined when I first reserved
