Signage. You have to look for the lockbox. It's across the parking lot from the trucks, mounted on the front of a garage-type building with a lot of barking dogs inside. There are no signs indicating where to go. They did not include the two dolly/hand carts that I ordered and were supposed to be inside the truck. When I called customer service the rep was rude and hung up on me after saying there was nothing he could do except not bill me for that.
