I had a reservation for 8:00 am. I arrived at 8:15 and the office was locked. I called the number and had to wake the manager up, he finally arrived at 8:45 or 8:50. When he did arrive, he had no sense of urgency at all. He didn’t seem to know how to operate the system. I wasn’t able to leave until 9:15 or 9:20. I got overcharged for the insurance. I feel that I need a partial refund for this experience. His tardiness and incompetence put me 2 hours behind schedule. I will never use this location again for pick up.

Big back lot so perfect for a new driver to park a trailer.
Codi RSignage. You have to look for the lockbox. It's across the parking lot from the trucks, mounted on the front of a garage-type building with a lot of barking dogs inside. There are no signs indicating where to go. They did not include the two dolly/hand carts that I ordered and were supposed to be inside the truck. When I called customer service the rep was rude and hung up on me after saying there was nothing he could do except not bill me for that.
