The place we received the Uhaul was amazing! We actually had a lot of difficulty with the self service, which included being passed around to three different customer service representatives. The first asked the same question multiple times in a row as if I did not understand her before transferring me to road side assistance (which was not the appropriate department for the issue I was having). She also did not let me know I was being transferred. The last person I spoke with was able to assist after an extended period of time trying to get him to understand my issue. Either way it took me 30 minutes to complete a 2 minute process. When we came to return the Uhaul, I asked if the location attendant would assist. He was happy to help and even offered a partial refund for my troubles. He agreed that the situation was unnecessary, and assisted to problem solve immediately. I was so appreciative of his help! As far as the first Uhaul customer service representative, her attitude was extremely frustrating, especially when she transferred us to a department that has no way of assisting us.

Truck rental was good. Uhaul database had misplace my order to another location (same city) and assigned it to another person (Timothy Helton Ord# 10249317). However, Manager Brian assisted me and fixed the situation and had me assigned to his location. The problem delayed me an hour, but he resolved it. Thank you Brian for your great help.

JOSEPH MVery tiny place to drop off equipment. Small driveway next to building has no outside lighting and is very narrow. The streets around this location are small and very tight turns. Almost impossible to navigate with a 26' truck and car trailer.

Michael FU-Haul originally stated my complete total was $268. Upon arrival my total ended up being $342. Upon taking possession of the unit, it was learned that the taillights in the rear and on the trailer were not operational, causing me to get pulled over twice and the second time receiving a citation
JONATHAN SCharged me a cleaning fee when the truck was returned the way it was picked up and charged mea whole extra day when I returned it just a little past my contract time and the associate said they could work with me but did not and charged me another $95

The only place I saw to put it was in their regular mailbox which the key could have easily been gotten out of by someone therefore I didn't feel comfortable leaving the key so had to go back the next day while they were open to drop off the key. But they were very friendly.
