Confusing on what to do when we first arrived. The truck was great and clean besides that the ac didn’t work which was really frustrating. But I don’t blame the location but U-Haul truck maintenance.

No sign, I had no idea where they were. Located off dirt road, and no signage were to drop the key. Or where the office was. Employee had no idea I was dropping off the truck tell I asked if the truck was parked in the right direction. Cost me an extra $10 just to find the drop off location.
Ron CLocated in the middle of nowhere on a dirt road, which is okay, but there is no signage at all to indicate you’re in the right spot. No Uhaul signs. Not even a Bozz towing sign. The drop off key box was broken. Someone in a work truck drove by and just glared, didn’t offer any help at all.

Staff was very helpful & friendly, even making sure we were dropping off in the right place lol.Turning in the 26ft truck & car hauler was the last step in our long move back to Texas from Utah. The girls made it stress a d hassle free, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has moving needs!!!
Pam LThe location was incredibly hard to find especially after hours in the dark. It was also a pretty difficult process to find and pick up the truck at this location after hours like we did. I also don’t understand the reasoning to have to verify who you are through the company calling an outside party to verify your identity. Overall it was an okay experience. The truck was a great thing to having moving but it was kind of a hassle to get the truck.
Alissa GThe owner was very responsive and helpful in getting us to the right place. However, it was difficult to locate. Our biggest complaint was with the app. All of the check-in could've been done before hand. We got to the after hours pickup in the middle of nowhere, and the pick up truck button disappeared with no explanation. There was no warning of being late or anything. The process and app could be improved.

Lawrence ANo one was present when I came to pick up the truck. The blankets that I ordered were not there. - I understand that the business owner had to go to a funeral, but he did not alert me to such prior to my coming to pick up the truck, nor did he make me aware that he did not have the blankets. Ultimately, I called his phone and he returned a call to alert me of the situation, but such should have been done prior. After I stressed my concern about the need for the blankets that I ordered, he directed me to take the blankets out of the other truck, which was less than the count that I ordered, but at least provided some blankets. He also connected me to another u-haul dealership to seek more blankets.

CHRIS LFirst of all don’t have an agent who lives down a dirt road. I thought my suv was going to rattle to pieces. And require them to put some signage out front. It took us awhile to find it.
KEITH LThe location in all of the digital mapping systems is incorrect and lead you to an intersection of two dirt roads out in the middle of farming country. The person that helped me was very friendly and helpful, but the vehicle that we rented was very dirty and smelled like wet dogs with dog hair and little bits of dog food all over the cab. It was bad enough that it prompted me to take pictures so that we wouldn’t get billed for cleaning.
CHARLES JThere really wasn't anything wrong with the drop off location itself. However, where this location is, was completely out of my way for dropping off from where we were transporting. I did not appreciate the last minute change and I will not recommend UHaul for this behavior and inconvenience this caused my family and I.

Andrew KCouldn’t have been more accommodating. This location is not the closest to my home, but I use this one because of the customer service being so great.
ANTHONY JLocated in someone’s backyard alongside their barn/shop. Spoke to someone on the phone, but never got to meet anyone there. Nobody around to sign off or give a receipt for equipment return. Several days afterwards I’m still getting calls and emails about never returning the equipment because nobody processed it. Still don’t know why I had to drop it off there when other locations were much closer.
