Nothing!! Staff was very helpful & friendly, even making sure we were dropping off in the right place lol.Turning in the 26ft truck & car hauler was the last step in our long move back to Texas from Utah. The girls made it stress a d hassle free, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has moving needs!!!

The location was incredibly hard to find especially after hours in the dark. It was also a pretty difficult process to find and pick up the truck at this location after hours like we did. I also don’t understand the reasoning to have to verify who you are through the company calling an outside party to verify your identity. Overall it was an okay experience. The truck was a great thing to having moving but it was kind of a hassle to get the truck.
Alissa GThe owner was very responsive and helpful in getting us to the right place. However, it was difficult to locate. Our biggest complaint was with the app. All of the check-in could've been done before hand. We got to the after hours pickup in the middle of nowhere, and the pick up truck button disappeared with no explanation. There was no warning of being late or anything. The process and app could be improved.
