William LI only dropped off at this location so I have no idea if the building was clean or if the people were helpful. The lot was big.
MATTHEW KYou must have excellent cell service or you will not be able to rent. The process was absolutely horrible. Hidden charges are misleading.
William FI was over charged on mileage. The mileage in the truck was different from the contract, I went back in and told them she was going to change it but didn’t.. I was overcharged by $10. I believe this was an oversight and hopes to be credit, that is why I gave a good review.

dorthy cTheir location was closed but had auto drop off. The return process was different but finally go through, customers service only to have a 20 min hold time and they never called back .

Rebecca GThe vehicle was parked in a very difficult spot to get out of. There was a U-Haul parked in front of the vehicle and on both sides with a very narrow space available. I spent about 20 minutes slowly inching in and out of the spot and luckily had a resident in the area spot check me while I left; otherwise, it might have taken even longer. I suggest the location organize the vehicles better or lengthen the lot for the number of vehicles parked.

JAMES TI get the vehicle and it’s only half a tank full when I returned it with a full tank. Vehicle wasn’t fully detailed but clean. Loved the app and being able to pick up myself. But 170 to Clarksville and back is insane + 65 to fill. . No perks or deals at all.

David D2 issues: 1) Made my reservation for a specific location, then the day of the reservation, it got changed to a different location. 2) Got the unit, did the walk through and the tire was low, so we asked them to fill up the tire (which they balked at initially), they couldn't keep air in the tire and said it had a hole in it. Ended up getting another unit, but of course the whole process took longer.

The 3 extra day paid for was weather related and sucks I had to pay for. It would be nice to be refunded Thank you

Jeff PCharged me $52.74 which should not have been charged. I contacted the supervisor who had set up rental and she is working on refund. They charged for mileage that should not have been charged plus an extra day which should have not been charged. Will be calling the supervisor again tomorrow to discuss refund!

Jermey BI got the run around I was supposed to drop off in Old Hickory, they were full. Drop off at smart-storage, they were full. This place said they don’t accept the unit I have but still took it. They have very little space.

Felix AThe drop off location was extremely inconvenient. We had to drive over 50 miles ONE WAY (100+ miles round trip) just to drop the trailer off. The pickup location said this was the only place to drop off. Will find another provider the next time we need to move something.
