Ended up paying $418 for something that even when doing the math at 157 miles for 3 days ($1/ mile plus $40 a day for 3 days) should’ve only costed $277 and not $418. Will start taking my business elsewhere. This is about the 3rd time U-Haul has done this to me and my family. Never again. Was also told everything would be taken care of and nothing is making since. Even with them giving us our “ military discount” Not sure who dropped the ball but it was dropped somewhere.
