JAMES THORPEI get the vehicle and it’s only half a tank full when I returned it with a full tank. Vehicle wasn’t fully detailed but clean. Loved the app and being able to pick up myself. But 170 to Clarksville and back is insane + 65 to fill. . No perks or deals at all.

David Drake2 issues: 1) Made my reservation for a specific location, then the day of the reservation, it got changed to a different location. 2) Got the unit, did the walk through and the tire was low, so we asked them to fill up the tire (which they balked at initially), they couldn't keep air in the tire and said it had a hole in it. Ended up getting another unit, but of course the whole process took longer.

They charged for mileage that should not have been charged plus an extra day which should have not been charged. Will be calling the supervisor again tomorrow to discuss refund!

Felix ArguetaThe drop off location was extremely inconvenient. We had to drive over 50 miles ONE WAY (100+ miles round trip) just to drop the trailer off. The pickup location said this was the only place to drop off. Will find another provider the next time we need to move something.

Darel KendallThe agent that we got the tow trailer from was absolutely pitiful, no info at all on how to secure the car on the trailer or how to get out of the car once it is loaded. When I arrived at my destination the other agent pointed out that the security chains were not attached either. VERY POOR QUALITY 😢

Pieher Urena-CardenasThis is not the location I requested for pick up, no body called me to tell me I would be picking up in a different location. I did receive an e mail with this location however when asked what the problem was no one returned my call. I also did not get the size truck I reserved. I reserved a 15 foot truck but all they had was a 20 foot truck. I had no choice but to take it. Once again, no body called to advise me of this. The communication has been awful. That is not on the part of the business owner but it is on U Haul.

Joseph VnukI was charged $100 for fuel fees even though I returned the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up. Not sure if that's the location or Uhaul corporate. Make sure you take a picture of the fuel gauge at pickup and drop off anytime you rent a Uhaul I guess. They require pictures at drop off, but that's not one of them. Learned my lesson the hard way.
Margaret HawkinsThere was no one on site to help with our questions. The whole online check-in was a headache. We were charged for items we did not receive. We have rented from U-Haul in the past but we have also used another rental company. Based on this experience we are not likely to use the online booking again or even use U-Haul in the future.
