The small driver side mirror was broken. The pickup site didn’t have any additional trucks - so I had to take it. When I went to the Plymouth, MN site after I was loaded and ready to pick up an 8’ trailer as part of the Load Share program - I asked to have it fixed before I drove across country. Two screws and it would slide out easy … but after pleading with the on-site team member - he told me he could give me another truck but can’t swap mirrors. Mind you, the truck was fully loaded now. That was disappointing.

LEANN SI was forced to return truck to same location because mobile app says it and support was unable to change it. I spent extra $90 for rent, extra money for taxi to return back home and two hours of my life to do it. Also the truck's mileage was incorrect and I was unable to enter the correct value using the app when I picked it up and then I had problems when I tried to return it because app can't confirm that I drove 300 miles in two hours. Will try to avoid using u-haul in future.
