The place wasn't open, no one was there and didn't respond to phone calls. I was supposed to pick-up at 9am and be somewhere with the trailer at 930am. After help from the local dispatch office I was finally able to leave around 10am. When I dropped the trailer off at 1230pm, there was still no one there. I was given a $10 discount for my troubles but really thought it should have been more.
