No one was at the facility when I arrived. I tried calling the number three times... someone finally answered and said they would be there in 20 minutes. A mechanic did show up but he knew nothing about the UHauls. I hooked up the trailer myself while I waited. When I dropped the trailer off, again, no one was present. I unhooked and left the trailer. interestingly there was another gentlemen there waiting. the trailer he rented had an old transmission in it. I helped him take that out and hook up his rental. Don't know if anyone ever showed up to check him out?

Very helpful when I needed some additional parts to be able to rent the towable trailer.
RICHARD SThe place wasn't open, no one was there and didn't respond to phone calls. I was supposed to pick-up at 9am and be somewhere with the trailer at 930am. After help from the local dispatch office I was finally able to leave around 10am. When I dropped the trailer off at 1230pm, there was still no one there. I was given a $10 discount for my troubles but really thought it should have been more.
