I was told they had wifi. However, when we got there (at 12:30 in the morning) I had no idea which wifi it was! There were many. As it turns out, theirs was "centurylinkxxxx" or something like that. The name (SSID) had nothing to do with Uhaul or Braudt Automotive. Customers either need to be told the Wifi name (SSID) and password or it should be posted outside. As it turns out, I had zero cell reception and had to use the DQ public wifi down the road to complete the checkout.

Matt was fabulous and even suggested another U-Haul facility because I was looking for a Cargo Van instead of a 10' truck BUT ended up going with the 10' truck. Service was great and quick. Kudos.

Excellent customer service. Jean went out of her way to pick me and my wife up at our motel that was close to 30 miles away and take us to their location to rent a truck so we could get back to Milwaukee. You can't beat that for great customer service!

It was not the person it was uhaul charged the wrong financial institutions we hadd to drive 1 1/2 hours out of our way to get the truck over all we are very displeased with uhaul

I was informed that the rental truck got 10 to 12 mpg. At start of trip, I added the amount of fuel that should have been burned on this trip based on that mpg. The 10-12 mpg must be incorrect because the truck's tank had a lot of excess fuel at trip's end---much more that at trip's start--which cost me $$. The truck was lightly loaded though.

I rented a 20ft back in March and paid in cash. Was told I had to put an additional 100$ down when I arrived to pick up the uhaul. I put the money down and was told when I returned it the next morning I would be refunded. I never got refuned I am still fighting with the company about my 100$ and it's simply ridiculous. There playing games and have absolutely no respect about the fact that they owe me money. It's now June 1st and still no money. I will absolutely never again go through uhaul. Worst experience ever.

The reservation itself was misleading and inconvenient. I reserved a truck in La Crosse, WI. The app identified Madison. I contacted UHaul to question/confirm location, to which I was informed it would be La Crosse, only to have it changed to Boscobel, WI. a day before the reservation = Ridiculous! Then this whole 'check-in' with the app is lousy. To request Secondary information/confirmation was a complete waste. The online support was no help. Thankfully, there was a woman who assisted me when I called the 800#... otherwise, a complete headache. The vehicle itself, was just fine. Drop-off location, nothing special - it served its purpose. Overall, just expect better upfront reliability and app-service that actually helps.

I reserved a 5x8 ten days prior to needing this unit, and then found the pick-up location had no such trailer. I had to literally hunt around to find a trailer. u-haul sent me to mt. hope Wisconsin, only to find two 5x8s in repair, then had to finaly locate one in Boscobel Wisconsin. Thus I would not recommend U-haul to anyone. WHATS THE POINT OF YOUR RESERVATION PROGRAM?

I was promised a pick up/drop off location in Muscoda WI but instead had to do it in Boscobel. This cost me 30 extra miles of mileage and time. That should have been adjusted or the truck made available where it was promised.

I have rented twice from this location in the past 6 months and both times there were issues. The first time I declined insurance but was charged for it. The 2nd time I rented I wanted the u- haul for 2 days but was only signed up for 6 hours and was going to be charged an extra fee for their mistake. I will need another rental but am looking at other options as it is not worth the hassle.

I got hit with an extra mileage charge, This was due to the flooding and road closers in southwest Wisconsin. That was the only unexpected negative. State Hwy. 60 was shut down for a short time and I had to backtrack to the other side of the Wisconsin River on Hwy 131

The shop in Boscobel where I picked up my equipment did not attach the tie down straps correctly on my car that I towed behind my uhaul truck. They actually fell off the tires during my trip. I thought they were loose. I didn't realize that there was nothing holding my car on the tow dolly but my car's weight. I drove over 400 miles this way. The uhaul guys in Sioux Falls were amazing. They were on top of everything, energetic, and the best I've ever seen. Whereas, the 2 places in Boscobel do not deserve to have a uhaul sign on their property. Lazy and half assed workers.

Had a little trouble with the reservation on line but, Braudt Automotive took really good care of what we needed. We had an on-line reservation at one location but, they didn't have our reservation or the item we needed but, they helped us find Braudt.

i rented from minnesota to wisconsin and uhaul gice me a couple of days to drop off truck but i done my work on friday evening so rather keeping my truck i left at dealer location so drop off on friday evening but location was close after 4 pm so i was late and i just drop off , they dont have even key drop box so i just slided to door and next morning i just went there to confirm everything was fine and the person said yes he didi not mentioned about fuel charge so then i receive a email i see they charge me for fuel but when i drop off fuel level was fine whatever i pick up then i called boscobel location and the guy give me afm phone number so i caleed afm twice but never receive a phone call back very disappoinment service and they charge me for fuel even it was right and i have to clean truck even i pick up dirty
