Have more more tucks available in north east Iowa so people don't have to travel 80 miles to pick a truck up.

Austin DWell, I actually rented at a location closer to where I live. My pick up location was switched to this spot, which added an additional 50 miles to my charges. My experience would have been better if this would not have happened and the truck I rented would have been delivered to the original location.
Brian LVery rude customer service. The uhal app needs major upgrades. The app does not work we could not book the trailer and the customer service at braudt auto was horrible. Would never rent again through uhal and braudt auto.
