the U-Haul account at this location, BRAVO store #23372 needs training to provide a better customer service. the language barrier is an issue. I had a difficult time to inform the associate that I did NOT need the safe move Insurance, I would be using my own USAA carrier. the charge was added and I was informed it couldn't be removed. I gave a time for return, approx. 6 hours plus or minus. the vehicle was left with debris from prior renters, the gas gage was left at less 1/4 tank. I refilled to almost 1/2 on return. at check out I was charged $39.90 rental, MI charge $42.51, safe protection $30.00, env. $1.00, Tax $13.07, Total Charge $126.48, rental deposit 0, held amount on card ending 7127, $64.37. Remaining Amount to charge $62.11 REF# 82011878 . when I inquired why was the charge double my quoted price, it was explained that its the computer not Alex fault. nothing further was explained. I called UHAUL customer Service, and I was connected with the professional and courteous assistances provide by U-hauls representative, Ms., Jillian, my information was promptly recorded, Ref# 5388991. I was never informed, verbal, or provided any written information explaining if I returned the rental 1 hour late, that addition charges would incur. in closing I would like to use this location again in the future, provided I am, refunded the over charged amount. and the check in and out is much more professionally done. Thank You for assistance and the expedient resolution to this matter.
PETER HBad location in food store. confusing trying to find person responsible for U-Haul. The ladies helping were pleasant but didn't really know what they were doing. Left the location without any paperwork.
KERRY WI reserved a van I did not get what I was expecting to get it was a truck The interior was filthy with debris. I received the vehicle with three quarters of a tank of gas when I returned I was told I should fill it up and was charged for it even though I showed a receipt that I purchased gas of 2 gallons which filled it back to the original Three quarters. At the end of my rental I waited 45 minutes for the person to remove the $7 charge for the fill up of gas instead of returning it to the original 3/4 received level This issue can be resolved for any future possible of my rental again from this location with a simple instruction to the store and it's policies

JOEL DI wanted the 29.99 van the young lady didn’t know what she was doing ended up having to call someone to help her and I ended up paying 167.00. I’m so confused
SHAWANA ECalled twice and was hung up on twice. 3rd call when straight to boice mail. Plainly said in English...they treat you like they just don't give a F*CK about the customers. Straight Up😡

STEPHEN DThe U-haul didn't sound like as far as mechanical wise tuned up there were one or two warning lights that kept popping up. 🤔 I was given the key to the truck 🚚 though there were only three trucks in the whole parking lot. I wasn't shown or told which U-haul truck. I would be taking so I 🤷 had to find the U-haul truck I was assigned to which took time out of my moving schedule.
