I dropped the vehicle off at 11:28am. I tried to do the online drop off and all it told me to do was drop the key in the drop box, which I did. Then I get a bill for an extra day even though I dropped it off on time. I have photo evidence with a time stamp showing I dropped it off at 11:28am. Now I have to call UHAUL and ask them to remove the extra $55 they charged me. In addition, I had spoken with someone on the phone asking where the vehicle was. I told them I had dropped it off already. Apparently, they had changed my drop off location. If they emailed me new information to drop it off somewhere else, I didn't see it. And what is the point of letting the customer choose their drop off location if they can just change it?? Not happy about having to call UHAUL tomorrow.

JONATHAN RI've been to this location many times to lease a U-Haul Van it seems as always an issue with the checkout with a too busy to serve me as a customer and check the incoming vehicle they need to be trained much better unfortunately I don't have another location available easily accessible on a monthly basis to rent a van. It should flow much more simpler it's not rocket science it's van rental in out and done
PETER HI reserved a truck 5 days in advance. When I arrived for pickup the truck was in the lot but the keys were missing. The only solutions offered were a bigger truck or smaller truck. I reluctantly opted for the bigger truck. I had to pay more money for the bigger truck. It made for a more stressful day.
Blake AI did have in reserve a van unfortunately the issue when I got to the counter to check in the van was not available because of a lost key I was upgraded to a smaller truck but I was giving the courtesy of the pricing for the smaller van
