The location of the pick up changed, I was told there would be furniture pads in the truck, there were not. The person at the pick up location was not to blame. It was a frustrating experience. Unfortunately it got worse as we came to find out because it was raining, water was leaking into the truck behind the drivers side. Several boxes were quite wet and just made it inside before falling apart. Not happy at all.
