These men arrived on time, clean and ready to work. They completed my move within the 2 hours and were a joy to deal with. Moving can be so stressful but when men like these show up I breath a sigh of relief. None of my stuff got ruined and they even set up my furniture where I wanted it in the new house. I would contract with them again.

I am so happy that my reservation place got changed to Breezycutz LLC in Farmville! He hooked me up right there and it was hassle free. He had the truck running , pulled out, and ready to go. All I had to do was put it in drive. 10/10 stars.

The truck itself was clean, however it took my over 30 minutes to get into the lock with the code because the lock was rusted. After getting the trick started and I proceeded to drive off I noticed the check engine light was on so I took a photo of it (just to be in the safe side). The truck sounded old and as if it had some issues but I proceeded to keep going as I had others waiting on me to help me move. Packed my first load and proceeded to drive off and the truck started to lose power and then cut off so I had to pull over let it sit and restart . I immediately called customer service to make them aware who informed me the my would note the account and transferred me to road side assistance who I also informed what had happened and then let me know to call the if there was any issues but in order to get another truck I would have to wait for someone to come out to the truck (I didn’t have time for that since it gets dark early) I had to make sure I kept the help while I had them. I was able to make the move but I was afraid to cut the truck off so I returned it without stopping for gas because I was afraid it would cut off on me. I was charged extra for the gas (more than probably what I had to put in it if I had stopped). I should have been asked or at least called after the return and offered somewhat of a refund at least due to my ordeal. You can’t have people driving around in these vehicles that are not up to par because it could cause an accident of me god forbid someone out where they have no cell coverage. Customer service should have done more!

I didn’t speak to anyone because the location was closed. It was easy to drop the vehicle off.

While the national U-Haul CS suggested that I drive one and a half hours to drop off the cargo trailer, I found a drop off location 2 miles from my final destination. He said that this is typical of U-Haul and was very accommodating.

Overnight drop-off was easily located and the instructions were clear. The lot is set up well and plenty of space .

The dropoff location was closed so there was no personnel. It was a self check in.

The owner of the business opened 2 hours early for us to get access to the truck. We traveled 200 miles to pick it up to move my mother back to Maryland to live with my wife and I. This gentleman didn't have to come in early. He knew we needed to get an early start. I highly recommend this young man. He was friendly, attentive and hospitable. You need more dealers like him. Thank you for a flawless move.

Friendly environment, Great staff! I was a little confused at first when I walked in because it’s a Hair Salon, Very clean! Tya was very helpful and answered all my questions before I hit the road.

No issue with the location, The U-haul website very poor, even the location had issues booking the equipment. Just too long because of the website issues

Truck was dirty but we cleaned it out before using it. Not a big deal but still not like someone should receive a rental truck . Yet we were charged $220.00 at time of purchase and was told that was all I would be charged and then after I turned it in I was charged another $348.28. I can’t get anyone to resolve the issue or tell me why I’m being charged an extra $300 plus dollars. They keep bouncing me around. I need it resolved. I was only the driver for my mother who rented the truck and have gave permission for them to contact Jeanette Pollard my mother and they keep bouncing her around . If this doesn’t get solved soon I will have to take further action. She has a set income and can’t afford to have money stolen from her.

I was charged for an extra day when I returned it a day early!!! Again the app wouldn’t allow me to return the truck. Very disappointed in this service and U-Haul!!!

I liked the app took a moment to use but I think with better service at the location it would be smoother. Overall great experience. Im a local contractor in the area of Farmville would love to see a pickup rental with the aluminum body in the back.

We had a horrible experience in general with Uhaul. The tires on this trailer were rotted and the bearings were shot. I was hauling to Florida. the guy was less than help ful there, told us to call road assistance, instead of trying to rectify the situation, and then charged us 45.00 more than we should have been charged. I called Uhaul and they sent us to another person in Charlotte Courthouse VA, where they had a couple of trailers. the person there told us to take a specific one, and then when i almost got home, got a call from Uhaul that said, oh, no, you had to take a different one - and had to go all the way back to exchange it. My experience took me all day, wasted time that i could have used packing, and cost me an additional 20.00 in gas to go back and forth with this whole nonsense. I am finding trucks are NOT maintained anymore, people are not authorized uhaul dealers, just people that have different businesses and arent even interested in renting them out. I would have expected more --and maybe a refund.
